TS2-60

About

About TS2-60

TS2-60 is Stäubli's four-axis SCARA robot with a 620 mm reach and an enclosed arm designed for compact automation cells. Its first two axes use JCS smart gearboxes, and hollow-shaft construction routes services internally. Electrical and pneumatic connections, including an available Cat5e connection, extend to the end of the arm for tooling and sensing equipment.

An optional integrated tool changer supports switching between end effectors. Floor and ceiling mounting are supported, with wall mounting available through a mechanical interface. Ball-screw protection and bellows enable the specified IP65 configuration. Absolute encoders retain position information, while the control architecture provides configurable industrial-network interfaces and access to system data through OPC UA.
