Mainz Biomed incorporated, beginning Quantum Cyber legal lineage
The entity later renamed Quantum Cyber was incorporated under Dutch law as Mainz Biomed B.V.

Company context
Quantum Cyber is building an autonomous defence platform spanning drone warfare, counter-UAS, EMP shielding, naval autonomy and command-and-control. In July 2026 it completed the property purchase for a Bridgeport autonomous-defence manufacturing facility while a separate equipment acquisition remained pending.
