INSTAR Robotics focuses on material-handling tasks specific to plant nurseries, where pots must be repeatedly moved as crops grow. Trooper uses onboard perception and autonomous navigation to collect multiple pots, place them at configured spacing and later consolidate them for logistics or seasonal movement.

The battery-electric platform is designed for greenhouse and outdoor surfaces and can work with interchangeable handling modules. Optional attachments extend the same mobile base into fertiliser application and other crop-care workflows, while Trooper Scholar exposes sensors and actuators through ROS for research use.
