TQ-RoboDrive ILM70x18

ILM70x18 is a frameless stator-rotor kit designed to become part of the customer's mechanical structure. In the published 48-volt star-serial configuration it delivers 277 watts, 1.25 newton-metres nominal torque and 4.05 newton-metres peak torque, with a listed speed of 2,110 revolutions per minute and maximum efficiency of 90 percent.

The stator measures 69 millimetres in outside diameter and 30.5 millimetres in length. Its rotor provides a 42-millimetre hollow bore and measures 20.7 millimetres long, while the complete motor kit weighs 330 grams. Ten pole pairs, high copper fill and thermally conductive potting support compact high-torque designs. Robot and equipment builders must add bearings, shaft, encoder, housing and drive electronics; ILM70x18 is not a complete joint actuator.
