Estun launches fully autonomous automotive parts welding line with over 200 robots at a domestic NEV supplier plant

• Estun said it jointly developed a smart automotive-components plant with a well-known domestic intelligent automotive brand, with core-process automation reaching 90%.
• The line integrates more than 200 Estun robots across spot welding, adhesive dispensing, SPR, FDS, stud welding, handling, and arc welding.
• Estun said the project was installed, commissioned, and put into trial production within 60 days, with annual capacity sufficient for components for 300,000 vehicles.
