• 2026-09-10 - Commercial Order - Lely sells its 10,000th Discovery Collector to a French dairy farmer

  The milestone machine was scheduled for livestock-exhibition appearances before installation on the purchaser’s farm. Lely documented assembly of the milestone unit and marked a decade since the vacuum-based collector’s 2016 introduction. The product family collects manure from solid barn floors and transports it to a dumping station, with programmable cleaning routes.

• 2025-06-24 - Product Launch - Lely launches Astronaut A5 Next, Astronaut Max and Lely Hub

  A5 Next introduced a new operating system for remote assistance and software updates, and laser-plus-camera teat detection. An optional automatic milk filter reduced filter-sock changes; selected A5 Next features could also be fitted to existing A5 installations. Astronaut Max combined larger-farm milking management with up to 18 milking boxes, while Lely Hub added managed data protection with rollout planned from 2026.

• 2025-03-18 - Product Launch - Lely launches the Vector MFR Next feeding robot

  The stronger driveline and frame supported 800 kg of feed, a 35% loading-capacity increase over the previous generation. Front and rear lights improved visibility; an updated app exposed robot status and operating data. The new feed-centre arrangement could load two robots simultaneously, while group-specific dosing supported frequent feeding across multiple barns.

• 2024-09-10 - Product Launch - Lely launches Juno Max autonomous feed pusher for large-scale farms

  Juno Max targeted farms with at least 800–1,000 cows and multiple feeding alleys; its three driven wheels were designed for uneven yards and slopes up to 20%. LiDAR, odometry, a virtual farm map and a stereo camera supported route planning, feed-volume sensing and obstacle detection, with an app for schedules and status. The September 2024 introduction preceded the commercial launch. Juno Max would sit alongside the existing Juno feed pusher, with commercial availability to be announced separately.

• 2024-09-10 - Product Launch - Lely extends Discovery Collector to sand-bedded barns

  The sand-flush accessory used buffer-tank water to remove sand from the manure tank during dumping and fitted both Collector C1 and C2. Collector C2 combined wireless charging and dumping with a 24 V battery; up to 14 hours of daily driving depended on the barn configuration. The Route Assistant simplified route setup; North American release of C2 and sand flush remained subject to local validation.
