Progressive Robotics builds AnyStack robotic palletising systems for warehouse inbound and outbound operations. The platform handles uniform cases and unsequenced mixed-SKU flows, using 3D vision to measure each box and an AI stacking engine to choose a stable position from its size, weight and orientation. Real-time motion planning then generates a collision-free placement without requiring a separate sequencing conveyor.
The modular software connects through an API to industrial robots, cobots, PLCs and vision systems from multiple suppliers, including ABB, FANUC, KUKA and Yaskawa. Digital-twin tools support simulation and commissioning before deployment. Mixed-case configurations target ecommerce, third-party logistics and retail distribution, while single-SKU modes automate inbound stacking and support multi-pick for higher throughput. Progressive supplies turnkey cells and works with system integrators, with commercial deployments in multiple countries and a paid 30-day pilot option for AnyStack Lite.
