About Drim Robotics
Drim Robotics carries out the design, assembly and commissioning of robotic production lines. Its work includes programming new stations and modifying existing installations, covering industrial robot platforms from ABB, Comau, Fanuc, Kuka, Omron and Yaskawa. It also integrates Universal Robots cobots into manufacturing applications.
The company’s role extends across the equipment and software that make a station operate: selecting an arrangement for the process, assembling the cell and programming the machines before commissioning. Customers can therefore use Drim for changes to an existing line as well as for a new robotic installation. Its collaborative-robot accessories sit alongside this integration business, providing tooling options for the cells it and other integrators configure.

A vision camera images each door water-shield embossing before the rolling cycle begins. Cognex artificial-intelligence software corrects coordinates and calculates the cobot's optimal movement path. Universal Robots Force Mode maintains pressure while a roller seats the adhesive bead.

A Universal Robots cobot uses a Mirka rotary brush to clean and finish body components. Drim handled mechanical and electrical engineering, software development, installation and system commissioning. The production cell improves finish repeatability while reducing operator burden and line downtime.

The UR20 tightened a structural beam during assembly of Fiat 600 and Alfa Romeo Junior vehicles. Drim commissioned the cobot directly on the Stellantis production line in Tychy. The documented application establishes a completed automotive deployment rather than a laboratory demonstration.

The UR10 e-Series cobot tended a washing machine processing parcel-shelf support tubes. Drim engineered an advanced feeder and coordinated the cobot with several connected machines. The complete cell was simulated and presented for customer acceptance before commissioning.

A Comau Racer-7-1.4 robot tended balancing and washing equipment on ZF's steering-component production line. An integrated vision system inspected every manufactured component before it continued through production. Drim presented the cell as a completed customer integration at ZF Czechowice-Dziedzice.

A FANUC M-10iD robot tended assembly machines and leak-testing equipment for brake servos. The application required Drim to meet a demanding production-cycle target at ZF Gliwice. Drim documented the completed cell as an operational industrial-robot integration for the factory.

The platform combines a Universal Robots UR5 arm with a MiR100 autonomous mobile base. Cloud software remotely manages disinfectant spraying across large indoor areas without exposing workers. Universal Robots identified Drim as the certified Polish integrator that developed the application.
