ARIX Technologies operates pipe-climbing robots for inspecting corrosion beneath insulation and around supports without removing all cladding or erecting extensive access structures. The VENUS platform travels around horizontal and vertical process piping, combining visual imaging with pulsed eddy current measurements. Its newer RTR+PEC configuration adds real-time radiography to identify moisture, locate corrosion and assess severity in one repeatable pass.

ARIX delivers the equipment through a managed inspection service: teams scope each circuit, deploy robots and certified inspectors, validate readings and localise findings against a three-dimensional pipe model. Results and historical records are delivered through the ARIX Inspection Portal for repair planning and risk-based inspection programmes. The service targets oil and gas, petrochemical and utility facilities where full-circuit coverage, reduced scaffolding and shorter exposure in hazardous areas materially change inspection economics.
