The VENUS platform travels around horizontal and vertical process piping, combining visual imaging with pulsed eddy current measurements. Its newer RTR+PEC configuration adds real-time radiography to identify moisture, locate corrosion and assess severity in one repeatable pass.

ARIX delivers the equipment through a managed inspection service: teams scope each circuit, deploy robots and certified inspectors, validate readings and localise findings against a three-dimensional pipe model. Results and historical records are delivered through the ARIX Inspection Portal for repair planning and risk-based inspection programmes. The service targets oil and gas, petrochemical and utility facilities where full-circuit coverage, reduced scaffolding and shorter exposure in hazardous areas materially change inspection economics.
