• 2023-07-04 - Award - 3D-Components selected for VOJEXT cobot pilot

  VOJEXT announced 3D-Components as one of five Open Call 2 pilot winners on July 4, 2023. Robotnik supported the company on a metrology-and-reconstruction challenge involving collaborative and mobile robots. The programme offered winners up to €80,000 for pilot work lasting as long as eight months, without disclosing the exact company award.

• 2023-01-13 - Acquisition - United Robotics Group agrees to acquire a majority stake in Robotnik

  The January 2023 agreement covered a majority interest in Valencia-based Robotnik Automation. Robotnik brought autonomous mobile robots, mobile manipulators and modular control software into the group. The transaction also added approximately 70 robotics specialists and experience integrating robot arms with mobile platforms.

• 2021-03-15 - Product Launch - Robotnik introduces RB-ARES pallet-truck platform for HR-RECYCLER

  The project-specific design targeted Euro-pallet pickup at floor level and carrying loads up to 1,500 kg. ROS navigation and localisation were combined with Robotnik’s HMI and fleet-management tools for shared human-robot factory space. The proposed workflow routed incoming equipment and disassembled material between recycling stations.

• 2018-08-06 - Product Launch - Robotnik launches SUMMIT-XL STEEL mobile platform

  The steel chassis carried payloads up to 200 kg and used omnidirectional wheels for manoeuvring in confined indoor routes. A ROS-based modular controller, industrial safety PLC and expansion interfaces supported added sensors and manipulators. The enlarged battery space supported up to ten hours of continuous movement, with IP65 protection offered as an option.
